Brian Crofts is the Chief Product Officer of Pendo. Before Pendo, Brian spent 12 years as a product leader at Intuit, where he managed several successful products in both QuickBooks and Tax and contributed to the company's global expansion efforts worldwide.
For over 15 years, Cliff Gilley has been a product manager and Agile coach at a wide variety of companies across many different industries and is currently working as a Technical Product Manager for the K2 corporation in Bellevue, Washington. He also blogs regularly as the Clever PM and is an active board member with the Pacific Northwest Product Management Community.
Eric Boduch is the Chief Evangelist for Pendo. Previously, he served as the CEO of Brainstorm SMS Technologies LLC (dba SMaSh, Inc.) and was the co-founder of CEO of several other companies. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science from The School of Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a graduate of its Executive Management Program.
Grace is a marketing coordinator at Pendo, where she helps manage events and social media. She recently moved from one highly-populated tree town, Ann Arbor, to another, Raleigh, after completing her B.A. in Communications from the University of Michigan. She enjoys writing, hiking, and snuggling with her blind mutt, Pip.
Hillá Meller is the editor-in-chief of ProductCraft. Previously Hillá was the content specialist at Insert, a mobile engagement platform, and a digital insights analyst at SimilarWeb. A graduate of Yale and Georgetown, Hillá is a life-long nerd.
Jake Sorofman is CMO of Pendo. Most recently, he spent five years as a VP and chief of research at Gartner, Inc., before returning to his startup roots. Laura Baverman is the director of communications at Pendo. She spent a decade in business journalism, writing for publications like USA Today, the Cincinnati Enquirer, News & Observer and American City Business Journals. Prior to Pendo, she served as editor of ExitEvent, an online publication covering startups across North Carolina. A Cincinnati native and Raleigh resident, Laura is learning to love the South.
Maria is responsible for Insightly’s product management, design, and UX functions leading product from strategy to execution. Before Insightly, she built and shipped products and services to millions of users at Intuit and Microsoft. Maria holds a Masters degree from the State University of Saint Petersburg, an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a Product Management Executive certification from Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Matt is a Senior Product Manager at Emma, where he has worked for the past 11 years. In that time, he's helped Emma grow from a 20-person startup to a major player in the email service provider market. He believes product management is at its best when it is focused on customer problems rather than solutions. Matt lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and daughter. Shannon Bauman is VP of Products of Pendo. Before Pendo, Shannon was a co-founder of Spring Metrics, an e-commerce analytics company. Prior to that, he was a Product Manager at Google, working on Google Groups and AdSense.
Dr. Suja Thomas is a data scientist at Pendo. She has over 7 years of experience analyzing large, complex business and customer behavior data. Suja utilizes her expertise in statistical and mathematical modeling and predictive analytics to help Pendo achieve growth goals and develop a better product.
